Sharon Delgadillo
Practice Administrator

Complimenting her husband’s passion for medicine, Sharon’s background is in business, architecture, and interior design.

One of her strongest beliefs is that in order to provide patients with the best care, it is vital to first earn our client’s trust by providing top-notch customer care with warmth and compassion.

Sharon and Dr. Ric’s life is rounded out by their three children; Spencer, 19, a student at Sierra College, is a builder and a craftsman. Emma, 12, is quiet, creative and has an artist’s soul. At 7, Parker has his father’s concern for the well being of others and may someday join the medical field. The Delgadillo household is home to 5 cats, 13 koi and one confused sun fish who thinks he’s a koi.

Kelly
Practice Manager

The Crossroads family has had the great good fortune to have Kelly leading the team for more than six years. With unflappable calm, her 25+ years of veterinary experience inspires our team to do their best everyday. She has extensive experience in both general and emergency veterinary medicine. With Kelly at the helm, our patients are looked after with uncompromising care.

Kelly's "other" family consists of her husband, Jerry, a Great Dane named Kenya, Jemma, the yellow lab, and their three felines, Gracie, Auntie V, and Spatts. Kelly enjoys reading, embroidery, and arts and crafts.

Charlotte
Receptionist

Charlotte has worked at Crossroads for 3 years, since July 2008. Previously, she had worked for 13 years as a dental assistant. She had been a client of Crossroads Veterinary Hospital and because of her happy and positive attitude, the receptionist position was perfect for her. She has 2 dogs, 2 cats and a cockatiel. In her free time, she likes to sew, quilt, and do rubber stamping.

Ann

Ann is our Renaissance gal and has a great love of life.  She became part of the Crossroads’ family in July of 2013 and has been busy learning the ins and outs of the veterinary world.  Ann puts a smile on everyone’s face as she welcomes pets and their parents at the front desk.  The three men in her life, sons Greg and Mark, and husband Clinton, keep Ann smiling, but it’s her little dog, Cassie B., that makes her laugh!  Compassion comes naturally to Ann, who not only cares for her cats and dogs, but makes the time to brighten lives in the local nursing homes with time, cookies, and flowers.  When not busy keeping us organized at the hospital, Ann enjoys spending time with her family, working in the yard, eating good Mexican food and cruising in her red Mustang with Cassie B. at her side.

Stephanie F.

Stephanie is our worker-bee!  She joined our busy hive in August, 2013, and hasn’t slowed down since!   Stephanie somehow manages to do it all; a supportive husband, three sports-crazy children, six cats, two dogs, and twenty three chickens keep her on her toes.  Starting part-time as our kennel caretaker, Stephanie’s potential soon became apparent as her willingness to learn and positive attitude provided opportunity for her to become a technician apprentice.   Much of Stephanie’s spare time is shared amongst her children, playing cheerleader, taxi driver, school and soccer club volunteer, and growing fresh vegetables for healthy meals.   A regular helper at Animal Outreach and Eskaton, Stephanie and her family recently had a great pet experience when they adopted Athena, a Staffordshire/Shepherd mix, from Grace’s Foundation in El Dorado Hills.

Tracy
Veterinary Technician

Tracy has been working in the veterinary field since 2005 and has been with the Crossroad’s family for the last year. Tracy may be our ‘tiny tech’, but she is a bundle of positive energy! She and her husband enjoy spending family time together at the lake with their baby boy, Christian and their chocolate Lab, Max. When Christian is not busy putting a smile on their faces, Tracy’s hilarious cats, Freddie and Jinx, are always good for a laugh!

Janet
Support Staff

Janet has been taking care of the staff and Crossroads facility for almost two years. She keeps our clinic clean, sanitized and safe for all! Before embarking on her journey with the Crossroad’s crew, Janet worked as an Educational Paralegal in RSP and part-time custodian for twenty-four years at our local schools. Janet enjoyed working with the children and loves animals of all kinds (except spiders!). As Janet works her magic throughout the clinic, she can always be counted on to greet and chat with our furry friends. In her time away from the hospital, Janet can be found metal detecting, rock collecting, jewelry making, and oil painting.

Elaine
Support Staff

Elaine is our “go to” girl, making sure that everybody in the office has what they need. She has a BA in Social Work from Brigham Young University. She lives on 20 acres with her husband Jamie and 3 children, Joshua, Michael and Rachael. She has 2 dogs, 2 cats and 10 chickens. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time at the beach.
