“We love Crossroads and Uncle Ric (that's what The Moose calls him). Dr. Ric has been wonderful, caring and compassionate through our previous dogs, and our friends report the same. No "alternative" hocus pocus. He knows his business and relates to both people and their pets very well.” Karen W.

“ Dr. Ric and the entire Crossroads staff are the "cat's meow." They are always professional, caring, understanding, and we are treated with dignity. Our visits usually contain a little fun and humor to help with our comfort level. Mahalo for taking great care of us!” Shadow, Skunkie, Oscar, Boots, & Trixie (and owner Sheila)
“I just want to say thank you to Dr Ric and his wonderful staff. My name is Emma and I was having a problem with an ear irritation that was causing me to be very uncomfortable. My Grandpa brought me in to you for a checkup on the situation and in no time at all I was all fixed and we went home. THANK YOU!”shared by Gene
“Dr Ric has been my Vet since 2006 with my then puppy, Molly Brown. In 2007, our Tabby cat Jacque was hit by a car just before dawn and suffered a badly broken front leg and head injury. We were able to get him immediately to the Emergency Pet Hospital and then transferred to Dr Ric and the staff at Crossroads. Dr Ric believed that since Jacque had survived thus far, he'd survive with alot of care if I was willing. Jacque is our miracle cat - especially due to Dr Ric and staff's belief in Jacque. Jacque is one fat tabby today thanks to Dr Ric! Dr Ric is the Best!” Carolyn
